The India Women Leadership & Growth Summit (IWLGS) is India’s premier executive summit at the intersection of women’s leadership, enterprise resilience, and organisational growth.

IWLGS exists on a simple but consequential premise, that the organisations best equipped to navigate risk, build trust, and drive sustainable growth are the ones that draw their leadership from the full depth of available talent. The WISS report is officially launched at the summit, making IWLGS the first and most significant point of access for India’s most comprehensive gender-leadership data in the security sector each year.

This edition brings together senior decision-makers, CEOs, CHROs, CSOs, CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, senior government officials, and women professionals in security and resilience for a focused, high-impact day that moves from evidence to action. Two power-packed panel discussions follow, examining how Indian women are elevating security from a functional concern to a boardroom imperative, and making the measurable business case for inclusive security leadership and its direct return on investment. The day closes with curated executive networking over lunch and high tea, designed to build the relationships that carry the conversation beyond the room.
