Thank you for making this summit a huge success.
See you at the next edition.
The India Women Leadership & Growth Summit (IWLGS) is India’s premier executive summit at the intersection of women’s leadership, enterprise resilience, and organisational growth.
IWLGS exists on a simple but consequential premise, that the organisations best equipped to navigate risk, build trust, and drive sustainable growth are the ones that draw their leadership from the full depth of available talent. And that in India’s security, risk, and corporate landscape, that depth remains critically underutilised.
This is not a diversity conference. It is a national leadership conversation, one that brings together India’s most senior voices from corporate leadership, cybersecurity, risk management, law enforcement, policy, and governance to examine, debate, and act on the evidence that women’s leadership is not a social aspiration but a strategic imperative.
IWLGS is anchored by the Women in Security Survey (WISS), India’s only dedicated annual research study on gender diversity and leadership in the security sector, conducted by IIRIS. The WISS report is officially launched at the summit, making IWLGS the first and most significant point of access for India’s most comprehensive gender-leadership data in the security sector each year.
This edition brings together senior decision-makers, CEOs, CHROs, CSOs, CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, senior government officials, and women professionals in security and resilience for a focused, high-impact day that moves from evidence to action. Two power-packed panel discussions follow, examining how Indian women are elevating security from a functional concern to a boardroom imperative, and making the measurable business case for inclusive security leadership and its direct return on investment. The day closes with curated executive networking over lunch and high tea, designed to build the relationships that carry the conversation beyond the room.
IWLGS 2026 takes place on 17 June 2026, New Delhi.
Each panel at the India Women Leadership & Growth Summit 2026 is designed not just to discuss, but to deliver. Evidence-led. Practitioner-driven. Focused on what changes when women lead.
Indian Women Shaping Strategic Risk & Trust
How Indian women leaders are integrating risk and resilience into corporate governance at the highest levels. This panel examines what it truly means to make security a boardroom priority — safeguarding brand reputation, protecting stakeholder interests, and embedding resilience into organisational strategy.
Indian Women Driving Business Resilience & ROI
What is the measurable return on investment of gender-inclusive security leadership? This panel makes the business case — with data — for how diverse security teams outperform, out-respond, and build the organisational cultures that corporate India needs for sustained growth.
At the India Women Leadership & Growth Summit 2026, a curated agenda of keynote addresses, expert panels, the WISS Report launch, a strategic MoU signing, and a fireside chat on women-led start-ups will drive thought leadership and actionable strategies for India's corporate and security leadership.
