Please read the following carefully before submission:

1. Submitting this registration form is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee participation.

2. Attendance will be allowed only upon receiving a formal Access Pass (with your photograph) via email. The Access Pass must be carried mandatorily for entry. No walk-ins or on-site registrations will be permitted.

3. Post-selection, participants may be required to submit additional identification documents for final verification. Such requests will be communicated via email, and submission of these documents will be mandatory for confirmation of participation. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the stipulated timeline may result in withdrawal of the participant’s selection.

4. This is a limited seating event. Confirmation will be at the sole discretion of the organizers.

5. As this is a national-calibre event, participants are expected to follow event protocols, including:

   • Formal dress code

   • Reporting times

   • Security checks and baggage restrictions
     Full details will be shared in the confirmation email.

6. If any mismatch is found between submitted information and actual details, organizers reserve the right to deny entry even if confirmation was previously granted.

7. The event will be recorded and photographed. By registering, you consent to the use of such media for official purposes.

8. All participants are required to produce a valid Government-issued ID (Aadhar or Passport) at the time of entry. This will be used solely for identity verification and security clearance purposes.

9. Uploaded documents are securely stored in encrypted format and will be processed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable privacy laws of India.

10. No ID details will be shared with any third party without explicit consent, except where legally mandated.

11. Misrepresentation or submission of false ID may lead to disqualification and potential legal action

12. Personal data will be used only for event communication and will not be shared without your consent.
